A-Class Carbide Tooling — Guaranteed for Infinite Life

One Tooling Investment. Built to Support the Life of the Job.

Customers make the original tooling investment for the job. From that point forward, continued production should not require repeatedly purchasing replacement tooling simply because the original tooling wears through normal production use.

When tooling wears through normal production use, Frank C. Uher & Sons, Inc. will rebuild it at no additional tooling cost. When a tool eventually reaches the end of its serviceable life and can no longer reasonably be rebuilt, we will build replacement tooling — at no additional tooling cost.

This commitment is designed to provide long-term tooling support throughout the production life of the job. Our tooling is engineered from the outset for longevity, precision, and the demands of high-volume production applications.

Burr-Free Metal Stamping

We produce precision burr-free stampings in a wide range of metals and specialized materials, with material thicknesses from .0005" to .062". Our experience includes extremely thin materials and precision features such as micro-holes as small as .001". State-of-the-art die-protection sensors help ensure consistent, high-quality output on every run.

Burr-Free Plastic Stamping

Frank C. Uher & Sons, Inc. has extensive experience producing precision burr-free stampings in specialized plastic materials, including Teflon and Tefzel. These materials present unique challenges in tooling, handling, and process control, particularly when extremely small or precise features are required.
